📋 Description
• LILT is the leading AI solution for enterprise translations. • You will work with a group of talented, mission-driven colleagues to propose ideas to define, drive, and execute projects on Lilt’s Linguist GUI, App Server, and backend systems. • Enable linguists to deliver truly localized experiences. • Engineering is at the forefront of the company strategy, therefore this is a high-visibility, high-impact role with enormous growth opportunities. • Must be curious, have attention to detail, energized by a challenging entrepreneurial environment.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack engineer • Experience leading an engineering team in a technical capacity (e.g. not a manager of people) • Experience working on large-scale, distributed software systems • Proficient in React or other associated libraries, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML • Proficiency in node.js required • Experience with backend technologies such as Java and Python • Solid relational database knowledge and significant experience with very large MySQL installations are highly valued • Basic knowledge of NLP and machine learning techniques is highly valued • Professional fluency in English
