📋 Description

• Create, update, and maintain help center documentation and user guides, API documentation, and release notes. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure technical accuracy and address user needs in documentation. • Assist in maintaining and improving the documentation structure and content for ease of use, ensuring consistent tone, style, and branding across all documents. • Edit and revise existing documentation based on product updates and customer feedback. • Participate in documentation reviews with peers and senior writers to ensure consistency and quality. • Support the creation of UX copy to ensure user-facing content is clear, concise, and aligned with product goals. • Incorporate feedback from Customer Success and Support teams to address user knowledge gaps and areas of confusion. • Assist in video content creation by supporting the Senior Technical Writer in scripting, gathering visuals, or reviewing content for technical accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field, preferably in the software or technology industry. • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences in clear, concise language. • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience creating and adapting content for different audiences or user personas. • Eye for detail; dedication to identifying and rectifying copy inconsistencies. • Passion for learning: you’ll need to know our product in and out!
