Description

• Hi, we are LimeFlight, the SaaS inflight logistics solution designed for airlines. • We are using cutting-edge technology to enable airlines to contribute substantially to a zero-waste future by drastically reducing food waste, fuel consumption, and CO2 emissions. • As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for HR administration, recruiting, event planning, and ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or HR. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. • Proficient in using MS Office Suite, experienced with HRIS and accounting software. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Strong understanding of employee engagement and well-being best practices. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and trustworthiness. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
