📋 Description
• Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Betreuung kreativer Social-Media-Kampagnen für namhafte Marken. • Direkter Ansprechpartner für Kunden – von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung. • Erstellung und Steuerung von Redaktionsplänen sowie Briefing von Content-Creators. • Überwachung von Kampagnen-Performance, Analyse von KPIs und Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen. • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern, um Projekte reibungslos und zielorientiert umzusetzen. • Beobachtung aktueller Trends und Entwicklungen, um innovative Ideen in Projekte einzubringen.

• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Marketing oder Kommunikation – durch Praktika oder Junior-Positionen. • Vertrautheit mit Social-Media-Plattformen, Content-Formaten und relevanten KPIs. • Ein Gespür für Trends, innovative Ideen und die Fähigkeit, markengerechten Content mitzugestalten. • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu steuern. • Sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt und eine klare, verbindliche Kommunikation – schriftlich wie mündlich. • Kenntnisse in gängigen Tools wie Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Canva oder ähnlichen Plattformen. • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse.
