• Manage daily operations of US-based healthcare client using Microsoft PowerPlatform • Administer and maintain software solutions including policy and claims software • Handle support requests, monitor system performance • Collaborate with teams for workflow optimization • Develop and maintain system documentation • Provide training on best practices for PowerPlatform tools
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft PowerPlatform, including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and PowerPages • Strong expertise in PowerAutomate and PowerBI to manage workflows, automation, and reporting processes • Proven experience in workflow management, troubleshooting, and system optimization using PowerPlatform tools • Solid understanding of data security, access control, and compliance protocols in cloud-based environments • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues • Great verbal & written English communication skills • Proven ability to easily explain technical concepts to non-technical teams
