📋 Description
• Design and develop interactive, user-friendly Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights. • Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable Power BI solutions. • Maintain and optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure optimal performance and user experience. • Identify opportunities to automate manual data processes, workflows, and reporting tasks. • Develop and implement automated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI. • Build automated data pipelines and processes that improve the accuracy and timeliness of reports and dashboards. • Create and maintain robust data models in Power BI, ensuring clean, accurate, and well-structured datasets. • Conduct complex data analysis and present actionable insights to stakeholders. • Troubleshoot data issues and implement solutions to ensure data integrity and consistency. • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and ensure that Power BI reports and dashboards align with organizational goals. • Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for end users. • Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of Power BI with existing systems and databases. • Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports, ensuring they are scalable and efficient. • Troubleshoot performance issues and implement improvements to reduce load times and enhance user experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service. • Strong knowledge of Power BI report design and development best practices. • Experience automating workflows and reporting systems using Power Automate or other similar automation tools. • Solid understanding of data modeling, database management, and ETL processes. • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, best practices, and advanced analytics. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying timelines. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Knowledge of cloud-based data services (Azure, AWS) is a plus. • Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for automation tasks is an advantage. • WordPress experience is an advantage.
