📋 Description

• The Compliance Coordinator will ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. • Responsibilities include document verification, compliance monitoring, risk management, record maintenance, communication, and reporting. • Focus on process improvement for compliance-related tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in administration, document management, risk management, or a similar role. • Experience in maintenance / facilities gained from a helpdesk / client servicing position. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in using job management systems, document management software, and other relevant tools. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. • Proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing compliance requirements and business needs. • Resilient nature, with the ability to remain composed and focused in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
