Description

• Drives the QA vision and testing strategy for LinOS • Responsible for definition, planning and execution of testing efforts • Ensures that testers and automation engineers are trained in QA best practices • Provides high-level direction for manual and automated test strategy across multiple software components in an Agile environment • Defines and documents quality assurance procedures • Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety • Leads numerous teams of software testers and automation engineers • Occasionally domestic travel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent work experience • 5 years experience managing QA teams • 10+ years of Quality Engineering and/or Test Engineering experience, handling full product life cycles • Hands-on experience with planning, designing, executing tests and expertise in performance testing • Experience implementing and maintaining quality test automation for both mobile and web applications • Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools & automation frameworks • Knowledge of node.js, Java, .NET, Python, C# or equivalent coding language • Working experience in JIRA • Experience with supply chain software a plus
