Description

• Ensure all engineering teams have a top-notch development experience • Drive roll out of Docker/Kubernetes • Minimise delta between workstation and cloud • Ensure observability setup is in place • Be a go-to person for Docker/Containers • Maintain knowledge base and setup guides • Provide engineering support across products • Work with architecture team on product direction • Provide training and resources for engineering teams • Assist IT manager with device procurement • Support QA teams with tooling • Help with workstation setup issues • Participate in product scrums and code reviews • Manage vendor dependencies • Fix support escalation issues • Build software/scripts for automation • Participate in post-incident reviews • Improve on-call process and reduce burden • Capture and analyze metrics
