Here are three examples: • Lingoda’s MATCH network and Global Career Centre seek to upskill and match migrants to career opportunities in Germany, supporting them through government-funded education programs • In the German healthcare sector, we support international nurses, doctors and midwives to obtain language and professional recognition through state-sponsored education programs. • As a result we have become one of the largest educational providers in this field in Germany • In December 2022, we won “Best Digital Learning Product of the Year” at the Digital Education Awards 2022 • We are currently looking for a Marketing Data Analyst (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely in Europe. • The contract is either limited to 6 months if based in Germany or a freelance one if based in the EU. • If you thrive in a dynamic, data-driven marketing environment and are eager to make an impact through analytics, we’d love to hear from you! • Your mission with us: • As a Marketing Data Analyst (B2C), you will work closely with the Marketing team and Data Team to enable data-driven decision-making and improve marketing performance. • You will leverage your strong analytical and tracking expertise to monitor channel performance, optimize campaigns, and enhance reporting capabilities. • Your insights and recommendations will directly contribute to our marketing strategies and business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, ideally within a B2C marketing environment. • Strong background in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Performance Marketing. • Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), and tracking implementation. • Proficiency in SQL to extract and manipulate marketing data. • Hands-on experience with Tableau and marketing performance dashboards. • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and tracking methodologies. • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other programmatic platforms. • Ability to manage large datasets and work with complex data structures. • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. • Knowledge of Matomo is a plus. • Python or DBT knowledge is a plus but not required. • Passionate about marketing, data, and performance optimization with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset. • Your experience with agile methods and design thinking is a plus. • You have an independent and rigorous working style • You are a team player and love to think outside the box • You have the ability to understand business challenges and stakeholders' needs
