Requirements
• 2+ years as a BI/Data Analyst, with a proven track record of working with operation teams • A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Education Sciences, Digital Education, or similar • Fluency in English (C1), with a minimum German B2 level required, C1 level preferred • Proficiency in SQL (experience with PostgreSQL/Redshift is a plus but not mandatory)Hands-on experience with Tableau and a creative approach to data visualization • Advanced skills in spreadsheets • Python and DBT knowledge is a bonus but not required • Knowledge of GitHub is nice to have • Passionate about data with a strong eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities • Skilled at working with heterogeneous data and triangulating multiple data sets • Capable of adopting a hypothesis-driven approach to analysis
