Requirements
• Degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Research or equivalent • 5+ years of professional experience as a researcher • Extensive knowledge of mixed research methodologies • Expertise in all aspects of research execution, from study design and planning to participant recruitment, moderation, data analysis, synthesis, and reporting • Demonstrable ability to present research insights and a passion for storytelling • A problem-solving and strategic mindset. You can triangulate different data sources and share a clear point of view • C2 level German language and excellent English skills (both written and spoken). You’ll be conducting interviews in both languages. • Past experience working in B2B and SaaS companies is ideal
