• Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns • Identify and reach out to influencers that fit the brand • Negotiate and pitch new influencer partnerships • Help manage influencer gifting and coordination • Assist with analyzing and tracking influencer KPIs and campaign performance regularly • Speak about products and brand with passion

Requirements

• Native Cantonese speaker, able to read and write traditional Chinese • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and/or Singapore influencer landscape • Proficient in English • Relevant exposure in digital marketing, preferably in DTC eCommerce • Avid social media user with passion for digital brand building • Knowledgeable about YouTube and Instagram • Shares passion and values of the brand • Coachable and dedicated to personal improvement • Eye for aesthetics with a high standard for quality and beauty • Initiative-driven and passionate • Detail-oriented and good at following processes • Tech literate, able to learn new software easily • Thrives in a high growth environment and enjoys startup team culture • Bonus: speaking German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, or French is a plus
