• Learn how to identify, evaluate and reach out to influencers with strong brand fit • Get trained in negotiating and pitching new influencer partnerships • Help coordinate influencer gifting and product sendouts • Learn how to review and provide editing feedback to influencers • Assist in liaising with influencer managers and agencies • Assist in creative briefing and messaging preparation • Learn how to track traffic, sales and other performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics • Learn what it means to run a successful influencer marketing campaign with key concepts like CPMs and ROAS • Be able to speak about our products and brand with passion

Requirements

• You’re currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, fashion merchandising, or other related fields • You have an eye for aesthetics, and a high standard for quality and beauty • You can speak, read and write Danish and English proficiently (business level). Bonus point if you speak other languages as well. • You’re an avid social media user and have a strong passion for digital brand building. In particular, you know YouTube and Instagram extremely well • You share the passion and values of our brand • You’re coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement • You take initiative and are driven by passion • You’re thorough and detail-oriented, and are good at following processes • You’re tech literate and can learn new software with ease • You thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture • Bonus point if you have had relevant exposure in digital marketing (strong preference for experience in D2C eCommerce)
