Description

• Work across departments in both our Product team and our Client Services team implementing our SEO software suite, Search Atlas. • You will be assigned clients where you will be in charge of operating Otto (our revolutionary AI SEO tool) and Search Atlas for them. • Communication + emails with clients. • Learning and understanding Search Atlas inside and out. • Helping clients understand SEO best practices and implementing them with Search Atlas/Otto. • Adapting to the role as needed.

Requirements

• This role must work in EST or CST. • At least three years experience with SEO. • Experience using tools such as Semrush, Ahfres, etc. • Experience communicating with clients. • Native English speaker • Excellent communication and problem solving skills. • Detail oriented and meticulous. • You are the most organized person you know!
