Description

• Provide expert-level triage and escalation support to frontline TAC engineers. • Troubleshoot complex issues not only at the device level but across a distributed network. • Replicate customer issues in the lab. • Sharing lessons learned in the form of knowledge base documentation. • Act as a subject matter expert on SONiC and related network architectures and protocols. • Develop and deliver advanced technical training for TAC engineers. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve intricate technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of working knowledge with SONiC in production environments. • Minimum of 10 years working in the computer networking field. • Proven ability to act as a Level 3 support engineer. • Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed networks and various Network Operating Systems. • In-depth knowledge of AI infrastructure networks and related protocols, including RDMA. • Expertise in SW infrastructure components such as SAI, BSP, and SDK. • Prior experience in large web-scale content providers or cloud hosting networks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
