📋 Description
• We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive the growth and optimization of our affiliate program. • Focus on recruiting high-potential affiliate partners and enhancing engagement with existing affiliates. • Develop strategies, analyze performance data, and optimize campaign effectiveness to drive business success.
🎯 Requirements
• Resume in English • English fluency at C1 or C2 level • Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 2-4 years of experience managing and scaling B2B affiliate programs. • Proven track record of driving sales growth through affiliate marketing. • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Rakuten, Commission Junction). • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and motivate affiliate partners. • Strategic thinker with experience optimizing campaigns and delivering measurable results. • Familiarity with the home services and/or SaaS industry is a plus.
