📋 Description
• Update and publish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly DTC and Amazon selling reports. • Identify and communicate standout findings and action items from reporting to cross-functional teams as needed. • Maintain and improve existing reporting templates for efficiency and ease of use. • Manage SKU and style creation in Anvyl and Pepper’s Product Library. • Regularly audit the Product Library to ensure it is updated and organized. • Update the Amazon product library and collaborate with the Swiftstart team to initiate product setup for new styles and colors. • Audit product buy plans to ensure projections and buy quantities are accurate and current. • Write and update monthly POs for factories and third-party vendors in Anvyl. • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with teams in Production, Merchandising, and Operations. • Actualize data in monthly projection files.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required. • English Resume is required. • Previous experience in e-commerce or a strong understanding of the industry. • Experience with Shopify and Anvyl. • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to learn quickly. • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (Intermediate level required).
