📋 Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to support business objectives. • Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, lifecycle automation, and drip campaigns. • Manage and optimize email automation sequences to enhance customer journey and engagement. • Analyze campaign performance and key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) to optimize future campaigns. • Segment email lists for targeted and personalized messaging. • Ensure email compliance with industry regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, subject lines, and creative assets.
🎯 Requirements
• Resume in English • English fluency at C1 or C2 level • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably for US-based companies. • Proven track record in managing large-scale email campaigns and automation workflows. • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Marketo). • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools such as Google Analytics. • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. • Understanding of email deliverability, list management, and best practices. • Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
