📋 Description

• Manage overall product lifecycle for InfoMC's Incedo product and its extensions. • Collaborate with staff to enhance user experience and product functionality. • Engage with customers to ensure product features and usability meet industry trends. • Oversee release schedules to ensure timely product launches. • Manage BETA and Pre-release Programs to gather feedback and improve quality. • Foster relationships for seamless integration with other organizations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with software in an environment focused on user experience. • Strong acumen and experience working in Care Coordination or other Healthcare settings. • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working with enterprise healthcare software applications. • Extensive knowledge of HIPAA transactions preferred. • Strong project management and leadership skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business software. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Experience translating analysis and consumer feedback into product development specifications. • Experience in technology and Provider office management workflow. • Excellent written and oral expression skills. • Excellent inter-personal skills. • 2+ years’ experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Exposure and participation in sales process preferred. • Be a self-starter who can take a task to completion with minimum supervision. • Able to work in a team environment in remote conditions.
