Description

β€’ Work with stakeholders and users to define requirements in order to support building new system enhancements β€’ Work collaboratively with the existing team to refine requirements and design sustainable and scalable solutions which meet business needs β€’ Provide day-to-day administrative support such as user setup & management, maintenance of assignment rules, escalation rules, notifications, data updates, and queue management β€’ Perform triage for inbound support cases and assist users toward resolution of issues or escalate bug tickets for review and resolution β€’ Assist business users in relation to their reporting and data needs β€’ Proactively identify and implement under-utilized functionality and required system maintenance updates β€’ Support installation and configuration of both new and existing managed packages and their native integrations

Requirements

β€’ 5 years of administrator experience working with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud β€’ Expert-level proficiency in all areas of declarative development within Salesforce β€’ Prior experience with and strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ+ β€’ Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM-301) β€’ Familiarity with Agile development processes
