β’ Work with stakeholders and users to define requirements in order to support building new system enhancements β’ Work collaboratively with the existing team to refine requirements and design sustainable and scalable solutions which meet business needs β’ Provide day-to-day administrative support such as user setup & management, maintenance of assignment rules, escalation rules, notifications, data updates, and queue management β’ Perform triage for inbound support cases and assist users toward resolution of issues or escalate bug tickets for review and resolution β’ Assist business users in relation to their reporting and data needs β’ Proactively identify and implement under-utilized functionality and required system maintenance updates β’ Support installation and configuration of both new and existing managed packages and their native integrations
β’ 5 years of administrator experience working with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud β’ Expert-level proficiency in all areas of declarative development within Salesforce β’ Prior experience with and strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ+ β’ Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM-301) β’ Familiarity with Agile development processes
