• The Linux Foundation is seeking an experienced HubSpot Architect/Specialist to join our marketing team. • This role is critical in optimizing our HubSpot implementation to support our global marketing and sales operations efficiently and effectively. • The ideal candidate will be a HubSpot expert with a strong focus on data quality, CRM standardization, marketing automation, and insightful analytics. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a robust HubSpot environment that aligns with the Foundation’s strategic goals.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as a HubSpot Architect/Specialist or similar role in a complex, multi-organization environment. • Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and associated tools. • Experience with data integration, CRM optimization, and marketing automation. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Experience in designing and implementing marketing attribution models. • Familiarity with ICP analysis, sales process automation, and lead routing strategies. • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
