Description
• As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping customers navigate their HXM journey, taking ownership of impactful projects and driving success. • Your tasks will include consulting clients during SAP SuccessFactors implementation with a focus on core HR processes. • Analyzing business processes and designing customer-specific process improvements. • Acting as a project manager for implementation projects, taking on responsibility and leading initiatives. • Sharing your expertise while mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions beyond SAP SuccessFactors, such as SAP ERP HCM, SAP Analytics Cloud, and more.
Requirements
• Extensive experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects. • Certification and in-depth knowledge in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding). • A willingness to learn, grow, and share knowledge with colleagues. • Strong self-organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. • Fluent German and proficient English language skills. • A moderate willingness to travel to client locations.
