• Perform legal, factual research and analyze case documents • Coordinate with the record collection team to identify and obtain relevant records • Analyze and summarize FBI background check requests, USCIS, OBIM, CPB, EOIR, and other similar records, as well as court documents • Draft summaries of key records received and proposal for the path forward based on records for attorney review
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual (Spanish English) C1 • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; Computer skills (Typing - MS Word and MS Excel, Document Management - DropBox, Email - MS Outlook). • Associate's degree or paralegal certification preferred. • Substantive experience working in courts, government agencies, a law firm, or the field of immigration law may be substituted for the degree requirement.
