Description
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions. • Analyze existing business processes for optimization through Salesforce capabilities. • Liaise with developers, administrators, and other technical teams for the design, configuration, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring clarity in process flows, use cases, and technical specifications. • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. • Provide training and support to end users, helping them effectively utilize Salesforce features and enhancements. • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user training and support. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in our Salesforce implementations. • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations is a plus.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in end-to-end Salesforce or other cloud implementations. • Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. • Active Salesforce System Administrator Certification (highly preferred). • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (desirable). • Additional Salesforce certifications (Plus). • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating process flows, and translating them into functional and technical specifications. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and recommend innovative solutions. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with data modeling and understanding database concepts. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
