• Będziesz odpowiadać za: realizację projektów w obszarze data science, w tym wdrażanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań analitycznych i personalizacyjnych; zarządzanie backlogiem zadań oraz ustalanie priorytetów zgodnie z celami biznesowymi; zarządzanie obszarem personalizacji i rozwój strategii dostosowanych do potrzeb użytkowników; projektowanie i realizację testów A/B oraz analizę ich wyników; współpracę z działami firmy, takimi jak pricing, marketing, operacje i asortyment; analizę danych i formułowanie rekomendacji wspierających proces decyzyjny; przygotowywanie raportów i prezentacji podsumowujących wyniki analiz i realizowanych działań.

• masz min. 2 lata doświadczenia w analityce danych lub konsultingu, a Twoje rekomendacje miały realny wpływ na decyzje biznesowe • zarządzałeś/aś zespołem lub organizowałeś/aś pracę co najmniej dwóch osób, dbając o skuteczność i wyniki • bierzesz odpowiedzialność za efekty swojej pracy – rozwiązujesz problemy, a nie tylko je identyfikujesz • analizujesz dane nie tylko dla liczb, ale by tworzyć konkretne rekomendacje i wdrażać zmiany • inicjujesz działania – dostrzegasz możliwości i sam/a je realizujesz, zamiast czekać na instrukcje • umiesz efektywnie zarządzać projektami i priorytetami, dostosowując się do dynamicznych warunków • swobodnie korzystasz z Excela, Lookera i SQL, by wydobywać z danych to, co najważniejsze • dobrze komunikujesz się po angielsku (min.
