Description
• Seeking a skilled Process Consultant to lead the implementation of the Dassault System Apriso platform across manufacturing plants. • Play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring successful integration of advanced process management solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance the platform. • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement. • Provide technical support and training to plant personnel on Apriso functionalities. • Ensure compliance with process standards and best practices. • Monitor and report on the progress of the implementation, offering solutions to challenges encountered.
Requirements
• Proficient in T-SQL • Basic knowledge of C# • Familiarity with CSS/HTML and JavaScript (jQuery) • Experience with the Apriso platform • Knowledge of Visual Basic • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services • Understanding of Machine Integration (OPC UA, RS-232) • Experience in discrete and batch production • Knowledge of NC Management • Familiarity with ISA-95 standards • Understanding of Order and BOM Management • Experience in warehouse management • Knowledge of NIS2 compliance
