• LITIT is a joint venture dedicated to innovation in the IT sector. • The Proposal Designer creates visually compelling proposal documents. • Responsibilities include crafting persuasive sales-oriented proposals and utilizing professional tools. • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, Marketing, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in designing proposal documents or visual concepts, preferably in a B2B or IT environment. • Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic knowledge of additional design tools. • Initial experience in using modern technologies to support text and design tasks. • Strong ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner in a dynamic and varied work environment. • Goal-oriented, creative, flexible, resilient, and motivated, with the ability to manage complexity and deliver results within set timeframes. • Excellent written communication skills and fluency in both English and German.
