• Design and optimize Finance & Controlling management processes for demanding interface projects and transformations in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. • Develop functional concepts, specifications, and innovative solutions for controlling, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. • Support greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. • Create and implement technical concepts with SAP S/4HANA, integrating processes, systems, and best-practice templates for rollout projects. • Lead workshops and training sessions to align solutions with client objectives. • Manage the preparation, realization, and Go Live phases of customer S/4HANA on-premise and cloud implementation projects. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives, SMEs, and professional networks. • Provide innovative ideas and solutions to address client challenges, utilizing best practices tailored to the client’s culture. • Plan and manage customer journeys while ensuring scalability and consistency. • Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional expertise and quality project delivery. • Work closely with SAP consulting teams across the region to develop and distribute innovative ideas and solutions. • Define and estimate efforts for functional teams, ensuring deliverables meet objectives and budgets.
• Completed degree in business administration, economics, computer science, or a comparable field with a focus on finance. • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage. • Over 7 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, specializing in FI and CO. • Strong understanding of financial business and controlling processes. • Expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration; knowledge of SAP PS is beneficial. • Experience in integrating SAP FI/CO with other SAP modules. • Proven ability to write functional specifications for WRICEF developments. • Proven experience as a team lead, managing consultants in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. • Experience working in virtual teams and international environments. • High customer orientation, business acumen, and service attitude. • Familiarity with SAP Best Practice solutions and Activate Methodology. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to mentor and coach junior colleagues. • Proficient in decision-making, meeting facilitation, and writing technical documents. • Willingness to travel and collaborate with stakeholders across geographies.
