📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain core features of the Lit Protocol infrastructure using Rust. • Collaborate with the team to align feature development with the overall product vision. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices. • Contribute to the development of smart contracts and their integration with the Lit Protocol. • Analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability. • Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the decentralized web space.

🎯 Requirements

• Take ownership and responsibility for features, from conceptualization to implementation, always keeping the end-user in mind. • Strong proficiency in Rust programming language and a willingness to expand your knowledge. • Familiarly with blockchain systems and smart contracts. • Excellent logical thinking skills and ability to build high-assurance systems. • Proven track record of delivering high-quality code in a timely manner, even in the face of challenges. • Experience in independently driving projects in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback effectively. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills on both technical and non-technical topics.
