• Sell Littelfuse products and achieve given sales forecast by developing appropriate sales strategies for your territory • Develop and maintain strong relationship at Key Customers and Key Distributors in line with our Market Segment strategy • Give sales training to the distributors’ employees in coordination with our Distribution Team • Develop and oversee Creation and Management of New Business Opportunities for the region • Consistently maintain and grow NBO’s and ensure all relevant Littelfuse technologies are promoted • Drive the NBO process from Project Identification to Design Win to Order received • Understand emerging trends or technologies, which may impact Littelfuse solutions • Stay on top of product-market developments and report about these • Initiate new applications for Littelfuse products • Provide Product Management with competitive market information • Assist with coordination of regional visits by Littelfuse Sales-, Product- and Marketing Managers
• Bachelor or University Degree, preferably in a technical field • 3+ years of sales experience within the electronics industry • Very good German and English language skills • Communicative, social, and self-driven person with a pro-active way of working • Willingness to travel up to 70%
