• Provide strategic direction in the development of manufacturing infrastructure. • Serve as point of communication between departments. • Lead evaluation and recommendation of sourcing strategies. • Direct internal and external development partners for project deliverables. • Define design requirements for pre-production phases. • Oversee evaluation of advanced manufacturing technologies. • Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and guidelines. • Spearheaded cost optimization through automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Master's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field. • Alternatively, bachelor's degree with structured professional training and experience. • Minimum 10+ years of experience in architecting automated manufacturing lines. • At least 5 years in a leadership role. • Background in industries such as telecommunication, aerospace, or automotive. • Extensive understanding of electrical system design and safety compliance. • Proven track record in developing and managing program resources. • Successful in managing technical ambiguity in a matrix organization. • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. • Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
