• Build and maintain strong relationships within Distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areas • Support and grow the LF distribution sales channel within the region • Act as the primary interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel/reps for key distributors in order to gain maximum mind share • Link sales and branch FAEs to maximize multi-technology demand creation and sales • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with focus distributors • Plan and conduct regular distribution product trainings • Create, track, and follow up with LF and Distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programs • Support and maintain LF’s Distributor Registration program
• Bachelor or University Degree • 3+ years of sales experience within the electronics industry • Experience working at a Distributor is beneficial • Very good German and English language skills • Communicative, social, and self-driven person with a pro-active way of working • Willingness to travel up to 70%
