Description
• Combining hands-on data science and strategic involvement for data platform direction. • Responsible for technical guidance of patient engagement software product. • Hands-on problem solving, algorithm design, and data modeling. • Manage a Data Engineer for data pipeline management & optimisation. • Build and lead an efficient data team, scaling capacity.
Requirements
• MSc degree or higher in data science or equivalent, from a leading university • Confident in architecting highly efficient, scalable data pipelines. • Expertise in Python and associated data science libraries (e.g Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras...) and modern data pipeline frameworks such as Dagster, dbt for transformation, etc. • Strong exposure designing and implementing data science models that have led to competitive advantages for companies • Proficiency in leveraging automation tools • Used to communicating with non-technical staff such as product manager, clinicians, operational staff and management • Experience in a health tech start up
