📋 Description

• The Business Analyst provides business analysis support for development, implementation, and maintenance of all products within the Technical Operations Department. • Interacts with key operating departments related to Technical Operations business development and operational compliance. • Understands the roles and responsibilities of the business area and how it fits within the entire corporation. • Develops understanding of Government Programs regulations and related CMS and/or state-specific guidance. • Responsible for proactive review of all CMS and/or state regulations and guidance. • Helps develop and execute test scenarios/plans, coordinates the user/system testing, and may be responsible for quality assurance. • Proficient in data reporting and data manipulation for analysis, as well as using standard tools for reporting at Navitus, including Microsoft Excel and QlikView. • Identifies and manages changes to existing Technical Operations processes. • Establishes processes that are scalable and efficient. • Provides SME assistance when process metrics indicate a possible risk to compliance or accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years’ Analyst experience with writing requirements, developing solutions, implementing process improvements, and conducting testing in a business environment preferred • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
