📋 Description
• Due to growth, we are adding a Developer, Data Integration to our Data & Digital department • The Developer, Data Integration will have a background in data integration technologies and an understanding of database systems, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing concepts. • The Developer, Data Integration will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement data integration solutions that meet business requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity. • This position will report to the manager of Data Services. • The Developer, Data Integration ensures efforts are in alignment with the Data Services team to support data driven objectives and the Navitus Health Solutions Vision.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field • Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration tools is preferred • Experience in one or more data integration tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SSIS • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and data governance principles • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions • Understanding of data security and privacy practices • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) is a plus • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
