📋 Description

• Assist with and facilitate enterprise-wide Data Governance program activities and collaborates on strategic initiatives for data governance, data quality and metadata activities • Supports Data Governance Council and Data Governance Committee • Accountable for the analysis, development, and build of an Enterprise Data Catalog • Designs and recommends data quality improvement opportunities • Works with the business to develop and publish KPI’s as it relates to data quality and integrity • Point of contact for and liaison between business Data Domain Owners, Data Stewards, and IT • Leads analysis and remediation efforts for complex multi-domain data issues • Mentors junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS with focus on business, economics, computer science, information management systems, mathematics, statistics or equivalent combined education and experience preferred • Preferred 5+ years of experience in data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power B.I. or other Business Intelligence software and/or data visualization programs preferred • Data querying tools such as SQL, Python or R preferred • Prior experience with data catalog tools such as Alation or Collibra preferred • Advanced ability to interact with various database and file storage systems (Oracle, NoSQL, etc) • Experience working in AWS/GCP cloud environments is a plus • Advanced level experience with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Data visualization software such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
