Description

• Generating business opportunities leveraging Regenerative Agriculture commitments of food & cosmetics corporations • Coordinating operations within a program/portfolio of Regenerative Agriculture projects in a matrix organization • Acting as a Project Sponsor for some field projects in various geographies • Setting up, facilitating, and acting as a focal point on specific Corporation partnerships and project coalitions • Regularly reporting to Funds/Platforms(s) on challenges and project progress • Coaching project managers and backstopping activities of project implementers • Managing the KPIs of a portfolio of projects • Overseeing the co-design and implementation of agroecology & regenerative agriculture projects • Bringing or identifying expertise on business coalitions to colleagues and partners • Continuously learning and improving engagement of new partnering organizations • Collaborating within internal and external stakeholders and activities in the long run

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years' experience in sustainable sourcing initiatives • Positive track record with driving commitments with business players and/or large-scale project management • Experience working directly with farmers • Bilingual English and another European language • Higher education degree equivalent to MSc. in business administration, agronomie, agrifood, agronomy, sustainable development, procurement or equivalent hands-on experience
