📋 Description
• Report to the Compensation Partner • Assist in the design and implementation of Job Architecture • Create compensation dashboards • Provide consultation and guidance to managers • Manage market surveys for pay rates • Ongoing analysis of job positions • Regular review of FLSA regulations • Maintain documentation of compensation resources
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of compensation experience • Solid understanding of compensation practices/trends • Strong client relationships skills • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations • Excellent analytical, mathematical and statistic skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Word • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Human Resources • Experience managing independent workload • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving culture • Familiarity with Workday HCM is a plus • CCP certification is a plus
