• The Physical Security Technician will work as a part of a team configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting of enterprise level security system access control, video systems, and servers. • The Technician must be able to independently install, program, troubleshoot and perform maintenance on electronic devices, power supplies and all security and network components. • They will collaborate with the Team to schedule and dispatch to customer sites for install, break/fix requests, preventative maintenance as well as small move, add, and change work. • Responsible for documentation & reporting of findings & solutions for each service job performed.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years of experience in a similar role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail-orientation and organizational skills with a ability to understand network evaluation criteria and be exact in assessments. • Ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels • Understanding of Networking and low voltage fundamentals. • Age 21 or over • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid Government-Issued Driver’s License
