• LivePerson is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager, GTM Operations and Analytics to enable our Go-To-Market organization. • Reporting to the Vice President of GTM Strategy, this individual will own revenue insights and forecasting, drive pipeline accuracy, and deliver actionable metrics.
• Minimum of 7 years in business intelligence, analytics, or revenue operations, with a proven track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes. • Prior experience working in a GTM or revenue operations team within a technology company. • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models. • Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodologies or similar framework • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, especially MEDDPICC, and experience embedding these frameworks into sales processes. • Proven track record of managing customer engagement models and sales enablement programs that drive tangible business outcomes. • Experience supporting sales development, account discovery, and field marketing alignment, with a focus on prospecting and pipeline development. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders. • Experience managing teams, especially in a sales support or enablement function. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and clients. • High degree of business acumen and a strong focus on customer value. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
