Description

• As a Senior Analyst in Procurement, you will support the development and execution of procurement strategies. • Work closely with procurement leadership to manage sourcing processes, optimize vendor performance, and implement best practices. • Help establish and refine procurement policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance. • Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities through analysis of sourcing strategies. • Provide analytical support and insights on best-practice procurement strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or a related field. • Demonstrated experience in strategic analysis, preferably within procurement, in a high-growth environment or multi-national company. • Familiarity with best-in-class procurement practices and an understanding of the procurement lifecycle. • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to use technology and new solutions to enhance procurement operations. • Sound business acumen and an understanding of how economic trends can impact procurement. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. • Experience in supporting cost savings initiatives and contributing to KPI development and performance monitoring. • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to drive consensus and business outcomes. • Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working under pressure with changing priorities. • Strong experience in Excel and Powerpoint. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
