Description

• LivePerson is the global leader in enterprise conversations. • We power nearly a billion conversational interactions every month. • You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance automation. • Design and implement automation systems for various software applications. • Develop and maintain advanced automation frameworks. • Create and manage detailed automation strategies and scripts. • Spearhead the automation of processes across multiple platforms. • Work closely with development teams to integrate automation processes. • Diagnose issues and refine automation systems for robustness. • Develop expertise in CI/CD systems and advocate for best practices. • Keep up to date with emerging automation tools and strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in QA automation engineering or related fields • Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and systems (UI interfaces and API-based applications). • Strong programming skills • Experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools, with a focus on automation best practices • Experience in developing and executing automation scripts to enhance system performance and resilience. • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
