Description

• As a Product Designer you will be responsible for the product design process across a squad or group of squads, with the support of your manager and more senior peers • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to design user experiences for digital solutions from conception to launch • Apply design best practices to create scalable and user-friendly interfaces • Make data-informed decisions using design methodologies and frameworks, establishing protocols for monitoring product performance. • Develop and analyze user flows, conceptual diagrams, and user journeys to map interactions with the product and communicate these insights to stakeholders • You are a self-starting product designer who embraces continuous learning and can work with minimal guidance, actively pursuing self-development • Contribute to and maintain the Loadsmart Design System by suggesting new components, layouts, or usability solutions.

Requirements

• From 2-5 years of experience working in Design and digital products • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); comfortable interacting with native English speakers daily • Understand design requirements and define proper scope to deliver optimal proposals, planning the work based on your goals • Have good storytelling skills, and effectively explain and present team results to designers, PMs, and other members • Is comfortable to conduct user research from initial hypotheses to key findings, presenting them to the team • Utilize elements from the Loadsmart Design System in proposals, and even make contributions to our libraries, patterns and guidelines • Define efficient journeys, flows, or wireframes, incorporating user experience and Loadsmart's experience principles • Create interactive, shareable prototypes to demonstrate and test design solutions • Good with UX metrics and is familiar with quantitative research methodologies • Openess to feedback, design critiques, and collaborative work • Skilled with Figma and familiarity with other design and supporting tools, like Hotjar, MixPanel.
