Description

• As our Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling interface and visual design solutions that are appropriate for users and that amplify our brand. • Take a lead role in creating and applying design systems that enable us to deliver consistently great results. • Take the time to give constructive visual feedback and guidance to other designers. • Create presentations and interactive prototypes to demonstrate your ideas and designs. • Deliver pixel perfect high-fidelity designs to aid fast development to market. • Take part in user research activities and help build user base. • Promote a user-focused approach to problems and design thinking practices across the business.

Requirements

• Have at least two years’ experience in a dedicated web or UI design role, with a portfolio that shows off your expertise, attention to detail and thought process. • Be able to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team, delivering consistently high-quality results to demanding deadlines. • Have excellent creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. • Be confident presenting your thinking to back up design decisions. • Be able to apply best practices in web-based typography, colour theory, page layout and iconography. • Have a working knowledge of collaborative, component-based design software (Sketch, Figma, XD). • Have experience creating and using UI Kits. • Understand Frontend Development (HTML/CSS/JS), videography and animation and social media marketing. • Have a basic knowledge of UX and User personas.
