Description
β’ Senior software engineer role in powering the future of home buying β’ Ship code to production on the first day and dive into mission-critical projects within the first month β’ Architect, build, and launch new versions of platforms, integrate with 3rd party providers, and improve job processing infrastructure β’ Work with a tech stack including TypeScript, React, Node/Express, GraphQL, Postgres, AWS, Terraform β’ Develop software architecture patterns supporting enterprise customers β’ Mentor junior engineers in technical and soft skills β’ Develop reliable and observable infrastructure with an SRE-oriented mindset β’ Scale high-throughput distributed systems in the cloud
Requirements
β’ Strong eye for security risks β’ Product-oriented mindset β’ Ability to develop readable, maintainable, and effective software architecture patterns β’ Excitement for mentoring less senior engineers β’ SRE-oriented mindset for reliable infrastructure β’ Experience scaling high-throughput distributed systems in the cloud β’ Bonus points for experience with Terraform or CloudFormation β’ Full-stack web app feature development β’ Experience designing and scaling complex relational DB schemas
