Description

Requirements

• Strong experience (8+ years) in backend development, especially Ruby on Rails and Postgres • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React, Typescript) • Proven experience in technical leadership, with a track record of mentoring • Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to succeed in our remote, partly asynchronous work environment.
