• Lead and enable operations organization to ensure support of CEO's vision and strategy • Collaborate with the CEO to drive organizational vision and operations strategy • Oversee company operations and employee productivity • Optimize financial resources and align operational decisions with budget • Ensure adherence to company’s core processes and operating system • Manage day-to-day issues and hold organization’s priorities and strategies together
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO or Integrator • Experience in franchise marketing or working with franchise businesses is a plus • Strong understanding of business functions such as Finance, Marketing, etc. • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams • Excellent project management skills and a track record of successful project execution • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
