📋 Description

• Lead and manage the DevOps automation team • Develop and implement automation strategies and processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into the development and deployment process • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team • Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of automation systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years leading and managing DevOps Automation teams • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing full-scale automation strategies within a DevOps environment • A track record of problem-solving within high-pressure scenarios will demonstrate your capability to handle the dynamic challenges this role presents • Ability to bring proactive approaches to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and configuration management is essential • Experience with cloud services, containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet • Ability to script in languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby will be crucial in creating custom automation solutions • Strong understanding of version control systems like Git will be necessary to maintain code quality and collaboration • Experience working with Federal or DoD organizations is strongly preferred
