🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years experience as Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Scrum Master • SAFe / Agile / Scrum experience • Experience in working with Agile teams and Agile development practices, including sprint planning or grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily scrum • Must have program and project management skills, and excellent presentation and communication skills • Exposure to working with teams in virtual environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer relationship management skills
